Throughout this time, Robbin has consistently exemplified the integrity, dedication, and exemplary leadership that are essential in any organization, especially in a small community-focused one.
Robbin is an outstanding leader who approaches her respective role with an unwavering commitment to ethics and community welfare. As the former Executive Director of the Tarpon Springs Housing Authority, she skillfully managed and significant construction developments, including three projects supported by federal tax credits (low-income housing tax credits) in addition to expanding resident program services through diversifying funding sources, all while fostering a supportive environment for a very small team. Her ability to lead by example and through moral authority has inspired those around her to perform at their best.
Over the 14 years specifically, Robbin has demonstrated a stellar track record, receiving excellent performance reviews each year from her Board of Commissioners. She has successfully secured grants and contracts from numerous state, city and federal funding sources, which have been crucial for sustaining and expanding our community programs like Cops 'n Kids Youth Center and Home Share Pinellas. Her adept leadership and dedication have significantly contributed to the long-term success and impact of our organization.
What sets Robbin apart is her innate ability to handle challenges with grace and a focus on what truly matters: fostering excellence, uplifting her team and getting results. She has mentored many, guiding them with empathy and setting an inspiring example of hard work and moral integrity. Her influence has been a beacon of trust and loyalty within our organization.
