Strong, diverse, well-funded and thriving programs require strong leadership. I coach executive teams, boards, and managers to build clear structures, accountable systems, and empowered staff to develop their own Wholehearted Leadership capacity. My approach blends servant leadership with strategic execution.

Proven Impact: Leadership of a community-wide Community Out of School Time in Pinellas County initiative. Served as Executive Director of a year-round licensed childcare center services 75 youth from Title 1 schools. Built and led youth service departments, managed multidisciplinary teams, developed team member succession pathways, and facilitated professional development trainings for hundreds of practitioners.
