She has a proven record of expanding and diversifying funding for new affordable housing development, strengthening organizational sustainability, and advancing community empowerment initiatives that support individuals from early childhood through senior adulthood. A lifelong ambassador for youth and a committed champion of trauma-informed care, Robbin has dedicated her career to strengthening the systems that support children and teens. Her leadership experience includes serving as a Senior Behavior Analyst for therapeutic foster care programs, co-developing and managing a countywide Out-of-School Time Initiative spanning 42 after-school programs to ensure high-quality programs, and operating a year-round licensed childcare center serving 75 Title I students.
Known for her growth mindset and strategic vision, Robbin brings proven excellence in Board of Commissioner stewardship, financial responsibility, strategic planning and effective Board communications.
