A Season of Gratitude

There are moments in life when you pause, look around at what has taken shape, and feel a deep, quiet gratitude that words almost cannot hold. This is one of those moments.

Since launching Redd Robbin Consulting, LLC, I have had the extraordinary privilege of partnering with five housing authority agencies and welcoming eight personal and professional coaching clients into this work. I do not take a single one of these relationships for granted. Each one represents an organization, a leader, or an individual who said yes to investing in themselves, their team, and their mission and that trust means everything to me.

To the Housing Authorities I Serve: You Are Seen!

If you have ever worked inside a housing authority, you already know. No two days are the same. The moment you settle into one priority, a new deadline surfaces, a compliance question demands immediate attention, a resident situation requires your full presence, or an audit cycle begins before the last one feels fully behind you. The rigor is real. The pace is relentless. And the work that truly needs to get done- the foundational, strategic, policy-level work, quietly waits on a shelf while the urgent consumes the day.

That is exactly the gap I was built to fill.

As a former Executive Director for 14 years leading a housing authority and their nonprofit instrumentality, I did not come to this work from a textbook. I came from the inside- from the budget meetings and Board presentations, from the HUD audits and the procurement cycles, from the staff coaching conversations at the end of a very long day. I know what it feels like to carry an organization, and I know what it feels like when someone shows up alongside you and lifts part of that weight.

In just four months, projects I have completed for housing authority partners have included:

  • Piggyback Joinder Procurements- saving agencies significant time and resources through compliant cooperative purchasing strategies
  • Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual Update- modernizing outdated policy frameworks to reflect current law, best practices, and quality organizational culture
  • Board Rules and Governance Manual- comprehensive governance policies and procedures including Florida Sunshine Law and Public Records compliance, grounding Boards in their roles and responsibilities with clarity and confidence
  • New Procurement Policy- developed in full alignment with HUD's newly released Procurement Handbook 7460.08 REV-3, equipping agencies with a policy that meets today's expanded HCV requirements, elevated thresholds, and enhanced due diligence standards

On the horizon... upcoming agency engagements: whole-team CliftonStrengths Training, individual team member Coaching, and Customer Service Training- bringing the human development side of this work directly into the agencies I serve.

The feedback I hear most often is relief and then optimism. Relief that the project finally has an experienced, trusted hand on it. Optimism that the organization is moving forward again with intention. That is why this work exists.

To My Coaching Clients: What a Joy You Are!

The coaching chapter of this work has exceeded every expectation and my expectations were already high.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, a Certified CliftonStrengths Trainer and Coach credential through Gallup, and now actively completing coursework toward the prestigious International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification, I bring to every coaching relationship not just credentials, but 25-plus years of walking alongside leaders, families, team members, commissioners and communities through their most complex and often most tender seasons of life.

What makes coaching meaningful to me is not a framework or a formula. It is the intersection of everything I have lived and everything I believe about human potential. My core values, my own top 10 CliftonStrengths- Achiever, Relator, Strategic, Individualization, Belief, Arrange, Analytical, Significance, Focus and Communication and my deep professional roots in behavioral science all converge in the coaching space in a way that feels less like a service I offer and more like a calling I am finally living fully.

I am sincerely, wholeheartedly enjoying helping people become the best version of themselves. Watching someone name their core values, take advantage of their top Strengths and actually begin living them is one of the most beautiful things I get to witness.

It is a privilege to see a client's strengths come alive, shift how they show up at work, at home, in their relationships fills up my cup!

Each of my eight coaching clients this season has arrived at our work together from a different place: career transitions, leadership development, personal reinvention, relationship and life alignment. What they share is a readiness, a willingness to look honestly at who they are and who they want to become, and the courage to do something about it.

It is my honor to walk that road with them.

Gratitude, Simply Put.

I launched Redd Robbin Consulting with a mission: to lead with service, empowering teams, children, families, and communities to flourish and soar. That mission is not just a statement on a website. It is showing up in real projects, real people, and real transformation.

To every agency partner, every coaching client, every colleague and friend who has offered a referral, words of encouragement, or a shared belief in this work... I thank you. From the deepest place in me, thank you.

We are just getting started.

I am looking forward to empowering your housing authority, your CEO or Executive Director, and your entire staff team. Whether you are carrying on your shoulders a project that has been waiting too long, navigating a leadership transition, or simply ready to invest in the people and systems that make your mission experience greater success, I want to hear about it. Please do not hesitate to reach out by email, phone, or text. We can talk as long as you need- no rush, no agenda, just an honest raw conversation about the opportunities we might create together.
